About The Founder.
William Jamaal Fort, CEO of Flowlab Inc., Executive Director of FlowTech Educational Technologies, and the founder of Meditations for Men, is a clinical hypnotherapist based in Los Angeles, California. He is dedicated to addressing men’s issues and fostering emotional healing within the male community. As the driving force behind Meditations for Men, Fort aims to equip men with practical tools for navigating the modern world and developing emotional resilience.
Fort’s passion for supporting men’s mental health is most evident in his work, 50 Meditations for Men: A Book of Generational Wisdom. Drawing on over two decades of experience working with men of various ages, Fort crafted this book to address the challenges faced by men who often feel unseen and unheard. His focus is on providing young men and boys with insights that help build emotional intelligence, confidence, and the resilience needed to thrive in today’s complex world.
